What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation emails moments after checkout. Upon completion and dispatch of your MILIEMOON order, we will be sent an email with your shipment tracking information.

Can I change my order?

We begin working on your order immediately after it’s been placed and cannot guarantee a change or cancellation. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Can I change my address?

Please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to change your address. If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot stop the shipment or make any changes to the address.

When will my order process?

As a result of enhanced precautionary measures due to COVID-19, shipping and transit times may be delayed. Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before the are shipped from our facility.

How do I know if you have received my order?

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you specified. This email will contain a summary of the products you ordered, the total cost and includes an order number which you can quote if you have any queries regarding the status of your order. You will receive a further email as soon as your order has been dispatched, indicating the order is now on its way to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on MILIEMOON by using the major debit or credit cards.
We offer support with AMEX, Master, and Visa.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currency for charging our customers: USD.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later option?

We do not offer "buy now, pay later" option at this time.
